Christy and I saw Peter Hook and The Light on Friday evening (18-Sep-26) at The Sound (great venue) in Del Mar, California.

Before the show, I got a couple of photos of the setlist around the sound booth.
This is the first part where they played the full New Order album Get Ready (2001):

This was great because I listened to Get Ready more than two dozen times over the last week or so to be prepared.
Then they took a break before launching into a bunch of “Moody” Joy Division songs (10) and then some New Order (with one Monaco slipped in) followed by “Love Will Tear Use Apart” by Joy Division:

The show’s energy was very high; they played for over 2 hours & 30 minutes, and I really enjoyed hearing some of my favorite songs live (including Warsaw, Digital, Transmission, and Love Will Tear Us Apart from Joy Division and then all the New Order songs).

We also managed to pick up one of the limited San Diego-specific signed posters, which has a really cool “light” feature when light hits the poster at a specific angle. Rockets Are Red designed the poster.
And since we were near the sound booth, I was the first to ask legendary roadie Jonjon for one of the actual physical setlists.

Here is our selfie from the start of the evening. Kind of a goofy angle:

Cheers!
P.S. If you want to learn more about Joy Division and New Order, I highly recommend the Audible versions (which he narrates) of Peter “Hooky” Hook’s books:
