Epinions.com has a great history lesson on Frankie Valli and the Four Searsons. It is a must read for any fan of the music of Jersey Boys.

Do you see similarities in the Beach Boys “don’t worry baby” and the Falseto of Frankie Vallie way of singing. Was there an influence there one way or the other.

I think there is some similarities … but I’m not sure if it is a chicken or the egg situation.
I did notice via (http://www.sing365.com/music/lyric.nsf/Don't-Worry-Baby-lyrics-Beach-Boys/A02673A8876A43904825698200275318) that “Lorrie Morgan [was the] lead vocals and The Beach Boys backup vocals.” – SteveLikeLike

Saw the Jersey Boys and was wowed! It took me back to my teen years. The show was exceptionally well done! Days later I’m still singing the songs.
