Tech Tidbits Daily for May 6, 2005

This is your Tech Tidbits Daily for Friday, May 6th, 2005. Today’s
podcast contains a possible suggestion for making more accessible presentations.

A weblog called Binary Wolf recently had a suggestion for people who are creating presentations to consider Flash instead of Microsoft PowerPoint.  One recommended tool that enables using Flash is called Powerbullet Presenter v1.44 for Windows. There are two versions of this tool: free and Plus (for $20).  On the distribution side, you can output to Flash SWF for embedding into HTML files and websites.  And you can also build a Windows .exe.  Some key features include: drag and drop interface, dramatic fonts, customized animation schemes, and advanced non-traditional presentation options like brochures and catalogs.  Definitely worth taking a look at.

  1. hi,
i think there should be more podcasts with pro flash content. Personally im a huge fan of flash, theres a huge flash community, yet a lack of flash podcasting. This is something i hope to see more of here, great!
