Today’s resource of potential interest comes from Robert Scoble in a post entitled "Have your RSS feeds read to you by NewsAloud."  This tool is available for free download and evaluation.  A full version costs $20.  In a nutshell, the tool will take an RSS feed like to Yahoo News and translate it into a "computerized voice" MP3 of the content.  There is another tool called
