Some thing like this: 3-inch Mini Color LCD Monitor $58.90 213GL-30NP-N. But with RGB input.  Does anyone know of one?

Update: Thanks to Eric Rice … I might have found a product line.  Bigger than I was originally thinking but still doable.  If you want to hook it into your vehicle you might want this.
