Federal Computer Week has an article of potential interest that looks at some new mobile security news.  The National Security Agency (aka NSA) has awarded an $18 million contract to General Dynamics to create a Secure IP Router Network (SIPRNET) handheld mobile device.  This "PDA" will utilize wireless communications from "worldwide" carriers including Cingular Wireless based on Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) standard.
