There is a lot of stuff going on in podcast world.  The forums and mailing lists are full of things that don’t seem be focused on "open" and "working together."

RSS feeds are being redirected, content changed, data cached, etc. on copyrighted and Creative Commons protected information.  It could be just mistakes in releasing "BETA" and not ready for prime time; or it could actually be malicious.

Welcome to the free market, land grabs, backroom deals, greed, and FUD.  It is open season on the sky is falling also …  😉
