"Channels" are managed online and they use a stripped down iPodder client to move the podcast down to computer (I think they are putting stuff into a single folder/category in iTunes or Media Player).

They are pulling feeds from publicly available feeds. You can then search through categories and general text from the feed.

You can listen via "streaming" and they are pointing back to the file the podcaster has on their own servers/site/etc.

Create – goal – in browser recording studio (FLASH) that is between a desktop application and calling a voice mail system.  You can add "elements": notes, sounds, etc.

Business model: hosting services, enable people to be able to charge for content, and platform for advertising insertion (dynamic ad input).
