House Select Intelligence Committee is suppose to be meeting on 11Aug04 and hear witness testimony related to the "September 11 Commission Report" from: "Thomas Kean, chairman, 9/11 Commission; Lee Hamilton, vice chairman, 9/11 Commission; Attorney General John Ashcroft; Homeland Security Secretary Tom Ridge; Richard Clark, former counterterrorism adviser; Sandy Berger, former national security adviser, Clinton Administration; and Acting CIA Director John McLaughlin."

I am curious if Berger will really show and it he does show, do you think he’ll invoke the 5th Amendment to protect himself from his "misplaced" document mess?
