I was chatting with a guy from work today who has done a lot of audio and electrical engineering and the topic of a small mixer came up.  This topic has been something I have been wanting for a while.  It is a lot like the small mixers that Adam Curry has been talking about on the Daily Source Code.

I told him, I hadn’t seen anything that I thought had the good mix of inputs (4-ish), outputs (two; one to record and one to listen); and battery powered.  He laughed and said that there probably was if you knew where to look …
