Here is what I expect to be a monthly or so report on my advertising expermiment …

While my little site is in no means getting Slashdotted … I have noticed in the logs over the last 48 hours a surge (50+ a day) in Google hits based on "podcasting technology".

This has doubled my Google Ad Impressions from 30 or so a day to 60-ish (average is 50 since starting).  The little ad has generated 3 click throughs for $0.03 (a long way from my first $100 check) but no purchases.

On the Amazon side of the house: 2 clicks on the Amazon logo, 5 searches via dialog box, and 21 clicks on text links within the blog items.  No sales.

In a nutshell, I think this site is going to be a good poster child for future Bloggercon Doc Searl’s Making Money Blogging sessions. 😉
